At times its so deep red that it looks black. Vigorous, compact
plant has strong fragrance, good disease resistance. A contrast
to traditional rose colors. Grows 2-3 ft or more. Zone 4-10. Hybrid
Tea Rose. It does not produce hips.

The red
rose on the Left is from the Brownell Hybrid tea rose shrub that
was especially developed for Field's. It bears loads of beautiful
bright red flowers continuously. It grows to 3 ft wide and tall.
Resists disease like black spot.
The red rose on the left is from a plant that I lost the paper
work on, but has been growing in my yard for a few years. It's an
early one time bloomer each year. |
